On Nov 17, we tried out “musical story time” at The Noyes Children’s Library.
The librarian played a ukelele and let us touch it afterwards! So much fun. Our take-away from that story time was the “Open, shut them” song with hand motions. We do it at home so often and enthusiastically that Teddy can’t help but do it at these group activities now. His hands have a mind of their own!
Dec 15, our second time there–two librarians with two ukeleles! And fun games on the felt board.
Hamming around outside. It’s a cute little library in a little house on a triangular patch of land with parallel parking all around. So far, we’ve had no trouble with that 🙂
